About

Deborah Lensing, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. DN, is a board-certified Orthopedic Specialist who has worked in sports medicine treating surgical and non-surgical injuries for over 15 years. Prior to joining TCO Waconia Therapy and Sports Performance Center, she worked at the Institute for Athletic Medicine and LifeClinic within LifeTime Fitness. Deb has a passion for working with active individuals to get them out of pain and help them prevent future injuries to achieve their fitness goals. She has advanced training in running mechanics, gait analysis, and is certified in dry needling. She likes to use a wide range of manual therapy techniques combined with individualized exercise prescription for her patients. Deb is the owner and head coach of Moms on the Run Waconia, and loves helping create a running and fitness community for the women of Waconia, Minnesota.

Deb lives in Waconia with her husband, two daughters, and their English cream retriever. In her spare time, she enjoys spending summers on the lake with her family and friends, engaging in activities such as fishing and water sports. During the winter, she likes ice skating, skiing, and snowmobiling.
