Heather Schroeder, PT, OCS, is a licensed Physical Therapist who graduated from the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) in 2000. In her 20-plus years of experience, she has worked in a variety of Orthopedic and Sports Medicine clinics. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and levels. She has a special interest in the non-operative and post-operative rehabilitation of the hip, knee, ankle/foot and shoulder. She was a multisport athlete in her youth and wants to help all her patients get back to their previous level of function. Her treatment philosophy for patient centered care encompasses combining education, manual techniques, and therapeutic exercise to enable her patients to achieve their goals and regain their previous level of function. She has worked with numerous sports teams in her career and enjoys coaching sports as well.
In her spare time, she enjoys being active, being outside in nature, cooking, and hanging out with her husband and son.
