Jarred Frisk, PT, DPT is a residency trained orthopedic physical therapist. Jarred was born and raised in Minnesota and attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities for his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Kinesiology as well as his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Jarred then completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at Twin Cities Orthopedics. Jarred has an interest in treating a variety of sport and orthopedic conditions, with a special interest in working with athletes of all ages and approaches each patient with a special focus on getting to know them, educating each patient thoroughly, and providing individualized evidence-guided treatments to optimize movement and return to activity. Outside of the clinic he enjoys all things sports including cheering for his hometown Minnesota Gophers and professional sports teams, as well as spending time with his family and friends and exploring new ways to stay active.
