Jessica Olderness, PT, ATC, is a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer with over 20 years of experience in general orthopedics and sports medicine with special interest in conservative and post-surgical lower extremity and upper extremity rehab including patellofemoral issues, complex knee conditions, hip FAI, and shoulders. She is active in education as a presenter at multiple local medical conferences, continuing education courses, and mentoring physical therapy students. Her care philosophy is to help you understand your body, your injury, and the recovery process so we can work together to get you in control of the situation instead of it being in control of you. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, working out, traveling, and reading.
