Jonny Diercks, MS, ATC, has been a certified Athletic Trainer since 2012 and has been practicing in the Twin Cities since 2014. He studied athletic training at the University of Northern Iowa, during which he successfully completed an internship with the Waterloo Bucks of the Northwoods League and the PBATS internship with the Double-A Chicago Cubs affiliate. He continued his academic journey at the University of Memphis, where he earned his Master of Science in Health Sports Science and simultaneously fulfilled a graduate assistantship role with the baseball and golf teams at the university. While he has developed rehabilitation strategies for injury prevention and recovery across various age groups and sports, his primary focus centers on providing specialized care to overhead athletes. Outside of professional endeavors, Jonny enjoys spending time with his family, engaging in outdoor activities around the lakes, and indulging in music and film.
