Justine McDonald, OTR/L, CHT, has recently returned to Minnesota after spending nine years on the west coast, working in Washington and California. Since 2013, she has been immersed in the field of hand therapy, achieving her Certified Hand Therapist certification in 2019 while treating a diverse range of upper extremity patients. Justine is drawn to the intricacies of upper extremity conditions, fueled by a personal connection to shoulder injuries stemming from her time as a softball player, which ultimately guided her towards a career in rehabilitation. Passionate about fostering the growth of students and new graduate therapists, she actively engages in mentoring young professionals.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Justine finds joy in spending time with her husband, their two dogs, and her circle of friends and family. Her interests extend to coaching and playing volleyball and softball, practicing yoga, engaging in stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, and exploring new destinations through travel.
