Leah Hammer, PT, DPT received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from St. Catherine University and is a residency-trained sports physical therapist from the Mayo Clinic. During her residency, she gained experience treating a wide variety of complex and commonly seen orthopedic and sports conditions both post-surgically and non-surgical. She has experience working with high school and collegiate athletes on and off the field from soccer, basketball, hockey, golf, tennis, volleyball, and cross-country and currently assists with the rehab of athletes at Osseo High School. She believes in utilizing a multi-modal treatment approach that is patient-centered with the primary goal of getting people back to doing the things they love.
Outside of the clinic, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, being at the cabin, staying active, and watching sports.
