Lindsay Chrest, PT, DPT, CBIS, AIB-VAM, AIB-CONC has 9+ years of experience treating patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions with prior experience as a counselor to create a unique skill set for helping patients manage their conditions and pain. She enjoys working with patients from all walks of life to help them return to the things they love, though her specialty areas include concussion rehabilitation/management, spine care and vestibular rehabilitation. She has additional experience as a Balance Center provider performing both diagnostics and rehabilitation interventions, is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist from the Brain Injury Association of America, and holds certifications from the American Institute of Balance in Concussion Rehabilitation and Vestibular Assessment and Management. Her care is personalized to empower patients to achieve their goals, with use of techniques including manual therapy, targeted therapeutic exercises and comprehensive education to help. Outside of work, Lindsay and her family (husband, young son and 2 dogs) like to spend time outdoors, regardless of the season. Her family keeps her active with projects, playing around in the backyard, going to the lake, and watching baseball and hockey.
