Lisa Hanselman, OTR/L CEAS has worked as an Occupational Therapist for the past 30 years and has a strong focus on performing injury prevention and work injury management services including work conditioning/hardening, functional capacity evaluation testing, post offer employment testing (POET), early symptom intervention (ESI), ergonomic assessments, job site analysis, and job coaching.
Lisa is passionate about assisting patients in maximizing their functional abilities. She is able to quickly engage and build rapport with patients to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. She strongly believes that utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach involving the injured worker and their medical providers, employers, and QRC/case managers will optimize a successful recovery and return to work. She is a strong advocate when working with employer groups to facilitate transitional work/stay at work opportunities and wellness options to assist maintaining a healthy workplace.
When not working, Lisa enjoys golfing, camping, hiking, and riding ATVs with family and friends in and near the beautiful St. Croix River Valley.
