Michele Jacobson, MS, OTR/L, CHT, CLT, earned his Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Minnesota in 2000. She has been in hand therapy practice for over 23 years and became a Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) in 2006. The first fourteen years of her practice was at a small rural hospital system, and allowed Michele to use her hand therapy and orthotic skills to assist with long term care patients, home care patients, pediatric patients, and orthopedic hand patients.
Michele has been with TCO for over nine years at the Burnsville location and serves on leadership teams. Additionally, Michele coordinates and mentors’ fieldwork students for TCO and has thoroughly enjoy teaching and sharing her skills with others. In her leisure time, she enjoys running, hiking, skiing, and other outdoor activities. Additionally, Michele spends most of her time outside of the clinical volunteering and spending time with family.
