Mike Stay, PT, OCS, has been a Physical Therapist since 2002, and has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting for the majority of his career. He enjoys working with patients from all walks of life, but as a former collegiate football player he has a special interest in working with athletes. Mike believes that educating patients plays an important role in helping them recover from their injury or surgery. Combining education with the proper exercises and manual techniques leads to the best outcomes. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time at the cabin with his family, exercising, hunting, and fishing.
