Mary “Molly” Koch, PT, DPT, specializes in men’s and women’s pelvic physical therapy, with advanced training in manual therapy, myofascial mobilization, therapeutic exercise, pain management, and dry needling. Patients under Molly’s care receive individualized treatment and personalized home exercise programs addressing a broad spectrum of pelvic health conditions, including incontinence, pelvic pain, endometriosis, symptoms associated with prenatal and postpartum recovery, and issues related to sexual function. She also incorporates Pilates and yoga into her therapeutic approach.
Molly excels in providing care for patients with conditions they may prefer not to discuss openly. In her leisure time, she enjoys leisurely walks, traveling to her hometown in southern California, and spending quality time by a lake with her husband and son.
