Mary “Molly” Koch, PT, DPT, specializes in both men’s and women’s pelvic physical therapy. She has advanced training in manual therapy, myofascial mobilization, therapeutic exercise, pain management and dry needling. Patients who work with Molly receive individualized care and a personalized home exercise program for a wide variety of pelvic health conditions including incontinence, pelvic pain, endometriosis, symptoms related to prenatal and postpartum recovery and problems related to sexual function. She also likes to incorporate Pilates and yoga into her therapy. When patient’s have conditions they’d rather not talk about, Molly’s at her best. In her free time, Molly enjoys going on walks, traveling to her hometown in southern California, and hanging by a lake with her husband and son.
