Nicole Dahmes, PT, DPT, OCS, graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from St. Catherine University in 2009 and has been dedicated to treating orthopedic patients throughout her career. Her passion lies in assisting patients of all age groups in maintaining an active lifestyle and achieving their objectives. Nicole’s therapeutic approach encompasses a diverse range of manual techniques, complemented by specific mobility and strengthening exercises. Her interest in physical therapy dates back to high school when she was recovering from her own sports injuries. She saw the value that physical therapy had in her own recovery and wanted to provide that same experience to others. Outside of work, Nicole loves playing volleyball and spending time with her husband, two active children, and goldendoodle.
