Sara Conrad, PTA, ART, is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from St. Catherine University. She also attended The University of St. Thomas where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Throughout high school and college, Sara competed on the Cross-Country, Track and Nordic Ski teams. She currently trains for marathons and triathlons and competes on a running team for USA Track and Field MN. Sara’s background and knowledge stem from her running career and her continued passion. Sara is an integral part of the running specialty team at TCO. She is a certified Active Release Technique (ART) Provider and is certified in Graston Technique.
