Scott Cichos, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Minnesota. Scott utilizes an evidence-based approach combining exercise with manual therapy along with educating and motivating his patients to reach their goals in order to return to their functional, recreational, or athletic activities. Scott is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy with a passion for treating sports medicine and orthopedic conditions. He particularly enjoys helping high school, collegiate, and recreational athletes of all ages prevent or recover from lower extremity injuries, shoulder injuries, and complex knee injuries. Scott is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) further assisting athletes reach their goals.
In his leisure time, Scott enjoys moments spent with family and friends, engaging in activities such as playing with his dogs, participating in various forms of exercise including weight training, biking, running, and yoga. He also enjoys playing basketball and softball, exploring new destinations through travel, and honing his culinary skills in the kitchen.
