About

Scott Gorham, DPT, CSCS, earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica in 2014. He has experience treating a wide variety of conditions with a passion for sports medicine. Scott is well-versed in the treatment of post-operative and non-operative conditions involving the shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, and spine. He specializes in caring for runners through analyzing their running mechanics, overhead athletes, football players, wrestlers, and weight lifters. His philosophy is to learn what motivates his patients, create a unique individualized treatment approach, and increase their engagement in their care. Scott believes in empowering his patients through education and giving them the tools needed to overcome their pain.

In his spare time, he enjoys running, lifting weights, and playing a variety of sports. Scott has spent the past few years coaching on the Coon Rapids High School and Stillwater High School wrestling team. His wife, Rachel, and their dog, Marshall, enjoy spending time at their cabin in Brainerd. When you go in for your appointment, ask Scott about his homemade pizzas and righteous guitar solos!
