Angie Clements, CPT, is a Lead Therapy Technician and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with an emphasis in Pilates specific training. She has helped instruct clients of all ages since 2014. She works with all abilities, from children to senior citizens, and will meet you at your fitness level. Her passion is helping people improve their overall strength, especially core strength, flexibility, posture and balance. When first introduced to Pilates, Angie was hooked by its ability to target precise muscle groups to address her client’s limitations and imbalances. Her philosophy is to address the entire body with a workout that is easy on the joints while improving core stability for specific goals. She believes that once you feel the experience of a Pilates specific focus training session, you will be hooked, just as it was for her to recover in the past from sport injuries. She will be grateful to train you for a safe and progressive workout addressing your entire well-being that includes a healthy strong spine towards your fitness goals.
