Chris Hellmer, LMT, was born in Wayzata, Minnesota. He has his Certificate in Massage Therapy from Saint Paul College and is finishing his Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Clinical Sports Massage at the same school this year. He also has experience working with the University of Minnesota Athletics Department, giving recovery massages to student athletes. While he specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point, and general relaxation, he can match his pressure and style to meet your needs. Chris has a passion for helping people relax, rehab, and recover so they can perform at their best. When he is not helping people on the massage table, Chris likes to golf, play basketball, go rock climbing, read books, and spend time with his family and friends.
