7 TCO physicians named to Mpls.St.Paul Magazine Top Doctors: Rising Stars list
Congratulations to the seven Twin Cities Orthopedics physicians named to Mpls.St.Paul Magazine’s 2018 Top Doctors: Rising Stars Edition list. The magazine’s fourth annual list recognizes peer-nominated physicians who have been fully licensed for 10 years or fewer and demonstrate medical excellence in our community.
Dr. Adam Bakker
Adam Bakker, MD, is fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in surgical and nonsurgical treatment of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. Dr. Bakker completed his fellowship in hand surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine and practices in Eagan – Viking Lakes, Edina – Crosstown and Plymouth.
Dr. Jason Barry
Jason Barry, MD, is a sports medicine fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and sports-related injuries, treating patients of all ages for total joints, fracture care and general orthopedics. Dr. Barry completed his fellowship at TRIA Orthopaedic Center. He received his medical degree from the Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Neb., and practices in Coon Rapids, Fridley and Otsego.
Dr. Jason Dahl
Jason Dahl, MD, is a fellowship-trained hand and upper extremity surgeon who specializes in conditions of the hand, wrist and elbow in adults and children. Dr. Dahl completed his Hand and Microvascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle. He received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and practices in Coon Rapids, Fridley, Maple Grove and Minnetonka.
Dr. Scott Holthusen
Scott Holthusen, MD, is a foot and ankle surgery fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in complex foot and ankle reconstruction, including total ankle arthroplasty. Dr. Holthusen completed his fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery at Harborview Medical Center/University of Washington in Seattle. He received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School and practices in Chaska and Waconia.
Dr. Erik Peterson
Erik Peterson, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon with an interest in total knee and hip replacements, revision knee and hip replacements, sports injuries and fractures. Dr. Peterson specializes in fracture care, minimally invasive joint replacement and sports medicine. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and practices in Maplewood, Oak Park Heights, St. Croix Falls and Wyoming.
Dr. Jeffrey Seybold
Jeffrey Seybold, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in foot and ankle reconstruction and trauma. Dr. Seybold completed his fellowship training at the Institute for Foot and Ankle Reconstruction in Baltimore. He received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and practices in Burnsville, Eagan – Viking Lakes and Edina – Crosstown.
Dr. Erik Wetter
Erik Wetter, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in direct anterior hip replacement, minimally invasive knee replacement, sports injuries and complex fracture repair. Dr. Wetter received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School and practices in Coon Rapids and Fridley.
