Jake Kremer, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, is a spine specialist at Twin Cities Orthopedics. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, the highest classification for evidence-based, hands-on treatment of orthopedic musculoskeletal conditions. Jake also holds certifications in spinal manipulation and dry needling. These tools allow him to get his patients back to doing the things they love to do pain free.
Jake believes in a patient-centered approach, tailoring therapy to the specific goals and needs of each individual patient.
Jake is originally from Eden Prairie, Minnesota and currently resides in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Jake is a former collegiate athlete as a hockey player at the University of Minnesota and still enjoys playing recreational hockey. In his spare time, he also likes running, fishing, golfing, and being outdoors.
