Rachel Hedden, PT, DPT, is a pelvic health specialty provider with advanced training from Evidence in Motion. She has been treating people with orthopedic conditions and now more recently people with pelvic health conditions. Rachel’s treatment style consists of evidence-based therapies such functional exercise and rehabilitation, manual techniques including dry needling, and pain neuroscience education. She enjoys helping people return to their daily and recreational activities. She works with both men and women along with pregnant and post-partum women.
In her free time she enjoys days on the lake with her family and friends, running, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
