Karina Osmanski, BS, CPT, joined Twin Cities Orthopedics in January 2020. Prior to joining TCO, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Health Wellness and Fitness and a minor in coaching. Ever since she was little, fitness has been part of her life, from playing competitive soccer and basketball to enjoying the great outdoors; she always found herself staying active. Karina’s spark for fitness occurred in high school after she suffered an ACL tear during a soccer game. Ever since, her passion for helping others achieve their goals as well as overcoming difficult obstacles has been in the forefront.
Over the past few years, Karina has worked with a variety of individuals and teams including: Elementary age developmental programs through Orono, Middle school speed and agility focused programs through Minnetonka, High School strength and conditioning programs all across the west metro including coaching for Delasalle High School Soccer and Fusion Soccer Club, along with assisting a select few of the Minnesota Vikings with Nutrition.
Karina is ready to tackle any challenge with 100% dedication. She treats each day as a new beginning, by doing so, no matter what experience level, age or mindset you may have, motivation and determination are key to success.
