David R. Anderson, MD, is a board certified, sports medicine fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon. His special interests are in sports injuries, arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder, ACL reconstruction (primary and revision), shoulder instability and rotator cuff pathology, total joint replacement (knee, hip, and shoulder), and fracture care.
Dr. Anderson is a faculty member of the Orthopedic Sports Surgery Fellowship training program associated with Institute of Athletic Medicine (IAM) and Minnesota Sports Medicine (MSM). He is one of the preferred orthopedic providers of sports medicine care for student athletes of the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL), the Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission (MASC) and the National Sports Center (NSC).
