Dr. Langer in early October. He is very patient and empathetic. He listened and answered all questions from my husband and me. He showed us where the problems were on the x-ray. What impressed me the most is the outstanding service by his staff members. A day after seeing Dr. Langer, we had a question and left a voicemail for his assistant, Adam. A staff member called back to let me know that Adam was out of the office today and would get back to me when he returned on Monday. She just wanted to inform me so that I didn’t keep on waiting and wondering. On Monday, Adam returned my phone call first thing in the morning. Overall, I’m very pleased with the excellent service provided by Dr. Langer and the outstanding service of his staff. Their actions demonstrate the high professional practice and total patient care.
