This past November, I suffered a serious injury during a workout at my local gym. I tore one of my hamstring muscles, the biceps femoris. The damage was extensive at 9 centimeters, and the pain was overwhelming. I struggled to sit comfortably, bend down to put on my shoes, or even tie them properly. While I still have therapy ahead to fully strengthen my muscles, I am confident that I will soon regain complete function in my hamstring muscles again. Dr. Dwivedi was awesome and I would absolutely recommend him! He explained things very well, so I knew what to expect going into surgery and recovery. Occupational therapy was extremely beneficial and I continue to do the exercises they showed me. I continue to get a little better each day. Overall, it was a great experience!

I had low back disc surgery in February 2025 with Dr. Harris. When I was filling out the post-op surveys that were sent to me, I wished I could thank Dr. Harris for the wonderful results I’ve had from his skillful surgery! Yes, it was painful at first, but with each week I continued to improve until I had no pain at all. I am now able to enjoy every day!

I have had to call Heather and Dr. Frattalone several times recently because of some hand problems. They are always very prompt in responding to my calls and helping me solve the situation. I was especially grateful last week when we had an ice storm, and I couldn’t go see her. Dr. Frattalone used her lunch hour for a telecall with me. She was very patient and understanding. She answered all my questions and even took care of providing me with a pharmacy solution.

I was really worried about my thumb, and he went above and beyond to make sure I received the care I needed. This was my very first surgery. Dr. Carlson and his team were great with answering all my questions and I felt very comfortable with them. He personally called me when I had a concern. I knew that I could trust him 100 percent. The day of the surgery, I wasn’t even nervous. Everyone was so nice and gave me excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Carlson and his team!

I first met Dr. Walker by through a telephone call while I was waiting in the hospital for my operation. He asked me if I wanted to keep waiting for surgery on my operation day when he had already operated on many other patients. He told me that if I didn’t want to keep waiting, I could eat and he would try to schedule me first on the following day. This was an example of how much he truly cared for me and my treatment over the six months since my surgery. He is direct, explains medical details succinctly, and always has a welcoming smile.
