I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Deal, Nathan Marcus, and Emily Harvey, as well as the team at the surgery center in Burnsville. An urgent surgery required quick scheduling and coordination over a holiday weekend. My situation was handled with the urgency it deserved, when other facilities may have pushed this out. At that moment, I felt as though I was the only patient in the TCO system that day. All hands were on deck, trying to help me get a pre-op appointment late on a Friday afternoon, getting the surgery scheduled for the day after a holiday, and making sure that I had everything lined up. I can honestly say that my experience with Dr. Deal’s team before, during, and after my surgery exceeded every single expectation I had. My husband and I are still in shock over the experience I had and I simply can’t express the gratitude I have for the TCO team.

I am so thankful I found Dr. Dwivedi when I went to TCO Urgent Care after a bike accident and the resulting thumb problem. He had such a wonderful way of explaining and watching that I actually understood the procedure needed. He was able to get me into surgery within two weeks and I am so happy with everything – the process, his demeanor, his knowledge and patience. I have to look pretty hard to find where the surgery scar is. My mobility and thumb strength is amazing too. I highly recommend Dr. Dwivedi. Dr. Engasser is a fantastic surgeon and quite approachable. He has a great bedside manner and he is an excellent Doctor. I highly recommend him.

Through an injury, we discovered that my daughter had an extra bone in her foot that was causing continued pain. We were informed that there was a surgery she could have to remove this bone and we proceeded to meet with Dr. Engasser. I think there’s an idea that we all have of what surgeons are like and they’re not always good. From the moment Dr. Engasser walked into the room, I knew he was going to be different in a very good way. He was so incredibly friendly and kind and immediately related to my daughter on her level. He took incredible time and care in answering all of our questions and I never once felt pressured to make a hasty decision. We decided to move forward with the surgery and everything went incredibly well. Dr. Engasser and the entire staff at TCO Burnsville were wonderful. Dr. Dwivedi provided me with excellent service in resolving my carpal tunnel issues with both hands. He explained what it was, how it affected my hands and wrists, what the surgery entailed and what to expect post-surgery. He answered all my questions and I was completely satisfied with the experience. His care team was outstanding and set up appointments for surgery, post-op and therapy as well as complete pre-op instructions. I highly recommend Dr. Dwivedi and his care team members at TCO for orthopedic problem resolution.

My hand feels so much better after surgery. I am able to sleep so much better. The pain is really missing now. Dr. Dwivedi was so easy to communicate with and listened to all my concerns. The surgery went so well on my left hand and I’m having surgery on the right one too. Many thanks to Dr. Dwivedi and his wonderful staff.

I want to thank Dr. Scott McGarvey for the difference he made in my life’s activities since my surgery in September 2022. It is so nice to be able to lie on my back with a sheet and blanket, go hiking through the woods for two hours, and walk up and down the stairs facing forward (not sideways) without pain. I can look ahead when I walk instead of looking down to avoid stepping on a pebble. And no more limping! I just wish I had the surgery years ago. Dr. McGarvey is the BEST.

I am very grateful to Dr. Scott McGarvey. He will be performing toe and joint surgery on my left foot in February. My review is about how kindly attentive he is to listen and answer my questions and concerns! I have seen him a few times and each time he is so wonderful to me! He’s the go-to Doctor for ankle cortisone. I barely felt it. I am so looking forward to having my foot taken care of and having Dr. McGarvey as my surgeon.

Dr. Dwivedi was very straight forward with diagnosing my injury and the severity of it. He thoroughly explained the options I had and I chose surgery. I am currently 10 days post-surgery and my hand is healing very fast! I’ve had no complications and he has guided me through the steps required to heal the fastest, which I am doing. He is an excellent surgeon and a great guy, so I highly recommend him.
