I have been with Dr. Lewis and his PA, Libby since 2014 when I broke both of my legs. They did an awesome job of taking care of me, considering I have sever osteoporosis! Over the years, my legs gradually got very bent and I walked with a bad limp until I needed a total knee replacement on both knees. Now I have very straight legs and I’m not walking with a limp! Thank you both for doing an excellent job at taking care of me. Dr. Lewis and Libby are the #1 doctor and PA in my book!

I am completely impressed by every facet of Twin Cities Orthopedics and am happy to share my experience. Getting a full knee replacement is a tough decision and they answered every question I posed. The surgery was a success, led by Dr. Bircher, who is supported by an incredible staff. The immediate post-treatment care could not have gone better. I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel, but more than that, it was the people working there who are so wonderful and genuine.

The physical therapy was harder than I expected but I received incredible coaching on what to do, with just the right amount of prodding. Thank you for fixing this problem which I have been dealing with for a very long time. I feel great and it is thanks to Dr. Bircher and the TCO staff!

I wish to express my deep appreciation for the outstanding medical treatment my son Gavin received from Dr. Nicholas J. Meyer, MD and his fabulous staff.

Six days after my son nearly lost his index and pointer fingers in a horrible snow blower accident, our appointment had been cancelled from under us by another clinic. Gavin and I were devastated, as we both knew he had a very narrow window for hopefully saving his fingers. I spent most of the night googling Top 10 Hand Surgeons in Minnesota and praying to God for guidance and support. Dr. Nicholas Meyer popped up in my search and I prayed he could help us. Immediately the morning of 1/25/23 I called his scheduling assistant Laurie and left her a pleading message and back story regarding my son. Within a matter of time, my cell phone rang and it was Laurie. Bless her heart and the hearts of Dr. Meyer and his entire team. It was a snowy day and Laurie told us to come into the office that afternoon. It was a bit of a drive from where we lived, however, we did not care. We told Laurie we would drive from wherever, we didn’t care, as we were so thankful for their support and understanding of the seriousness of the injury. Although Dr. Meyer had an already overbooked schedule, Laurie made time for Gavin. Dr. Meyer and his team treated Gavin very special and were so kind to him from the second we met.

By the end of our visit with Dr. Meyer we had surgery scheduled for 1/27/23 and again, Dr. Meyer and his team squeezed our son onto his Friday morning surgery schedule. When we left the TCO clinic, we knew we were in good hands and that everything was going to be alright (to the extent it could be). Surgery went smooth, every visit and check-up thereafter went smooth. We were blessed with some follow-up visits with Dr. Meyer’s PA, Jennifer Ellis (whom was also in surgery with Gavin).

The care our son received from start to finish was phenomenal. Dr. Meyer and his team should be so proud of themselves, and also the x-ray team and the team in rehab that made the casts. Everyone was so kind, caring, patient, understanding and professional. Today we celebrate our son’s recovery thanks to this team. We loved each of them, and although thankful for saving Gavin’s fingers, we were sad to say goodbye, knowing (hopefully) that we will not see them again.

I wanted to share my experience for anyone who might be apprehensive or concerned about their surgery.  I was at TCO Eagan on August 7, 2023. My experience from start to finish was incredibly positive. Dr. O’Neill and his entire team, Isabel, Ann and the TCO team went above and beyond my expectations. I did a ton of research on the surgery I wanted and Dr. O’Neill was with me step by step. The preparation well in advance of surgery, information throughout the process, the thoughtfulness and support from the team the entire time was phenomenal. My left hip was bone on bone and I could barely walk to the mailbox. Today, I feel as if my hip is brand new. I am back in the game and my quality of life is amazing. Thank you really isn’t enough to say how grateful I am to Dr. O’Neill and the entire team.

Last year I had a hip replacement with Dr. Chris Meyer and it was one of the best things I ever did. To add to that, my left knee had actually been bothering me for longer than my hip. Because I had such a great experience with Dr. Meyer, his staff, the staff at Two Twelve Surgery Center and the EXCEL Program, I decided to bite the bullet and have my left knee replaced.

One of my passions is golf, so I needed to time the surgery and recovery to take place before summer and a spring break golf trip. I had the surgery on January 18, which went really well. I followed the doctor’s orders to a “T” and by the time our Spring Break trip rolled around, I was ready to hit the links! As a matter of fact, I golfed 144 holes in one week and got my FIRST HOLE IN ONE only 9 1/2 short weeks after my surgery! The smile in the pic attached says it all. I cannot thank Dr. Meyer and all involved for the care I received. I highly recommend them. They are the BEST!

I highly recommend Dr. Christopher Meyer and his team at Twin Cities Orthopedics. I had been dealing with severe hip pain on my right side for the last few years. After having total hip replacement surgery, I am now pain free! I wish I would have done this sooner! My surgery was done at the Two Twelve Surgery Center in Chaska. My experience there and throughout this entire process has been wonderful. Thank you to Dr. Meyer, Cara, Sommer, Andrea (RN from the Surgery Center) and Donica (EXCEL Program coordinator), and team for the excellent care that I have received. I am truly grateful.

Dr. O’Keefe & Dalton Neil, PA-C were very helpful and informative as to what I was experiencing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having knee issues. Blaine Orthopedic Surgery Center nurses were very nice and made my surgery visit very tolerable. Thank you to all!

For 5 years, I have known I needed both of my hips replaced. I put off the surgery and dealt with the pain until it started to affect my back. I knew I had to do something and finally, I had an in-depth conversation about the surgery with Dr. Lewis. I had high anxiety, not about the surgery or recovery, but due to waiting and thinking about the process. Dr. Lewis reassured me about the process. I finally agreed to have my right hip surgery done at the Minnesota Valley Surgery Center. As soon as I checked in, I was put at ease. The first nurse I talked to (without being prompted) acknowledged my anxiety and said it would be addressed. A short time later, I met with the Anesthesiologist. He too, without being prompted, said he knew of my anxiety and would take care of me. I was given some pills and was very comfortable leading up to my arrival at the operating room. I don’t remember a lot about the surgery itself but the rest of my stay at the Surgery Center was very comfortable.

They were a great and caring nursing staff. The entire visit, from the home nurse to the physical therapist, went smoothly. My follow up visit with Libby Witchger and Dr. Lewis went well and truly, the entire process went so well. I am considering have my other hip done as soon as I can. My biggest concern was the pre-surgery anxiety but because of the caring and concerned staff, it was barely noticeable.

I had knee replacement surgery on February 18, 2021. My surgery was delayed twice but I finally got to have my procedure done at TCO Blaine! Dr. Arntson has a very professional team. TCO Blaine was a great option too. They do the surgery and then they take you upstairs to your own room. It was beautiful and nicer than some hotels I have stayed at. The nursing staff was top notch and very professional. They were also very friendly, warm, and caring. The physical therapists were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had no problems with my surgery and recovery. I would highly recommend TCO and Dr. Arntson to anyone who needs orthopedic surgery!

I had a right hip replacement in 2011 by a different physician and one in December 2020, performed by Dr. Arntson. The comparison to my previous surgery and the most recent one was a night and day difference. My short term stay at the Blaine Orthopedic Surgery Center was great and the staff were too. I am 6 weeks post-surgery and I feel almost like I did before surgery! The total experience was great. I have my life back now! Thank you!
