Amazing! Unbelievable! It is hard to find the words to describe my positive experience with Dr. O’Neill and my anterior hip replacement. For a few years, I called it a pulled muscle (and a few other things) until an x-ray revealed that it was my hip causing all the pain. I met with two hip surgeons, but was not willing to face a 4-8 week recovery as had many of my friends. My wife suggested that I talk with our neighbor Karen who, a few years ago, had this procedure done by Dr. O’Neill. After one conversation with her, I was convinced. Even though he was running late that day, my consultation with him was one of the most personal visits I have ever had with a physician. Within two months, I had the surgery. I spent one night in the hospital, went home to recover, and used 2 out of 50 pain pills. Day one, I used a walker. Day two, I used a cane. Day three, I was walking without assistance. Day eight, I was driving. Day nine, I was back to work. Amazing? Unbelievable? What word would you use? Thank you, Dr. O’Neill, and your “amazing” team. I feel blessed that my wife connected me to Karen as I now hope to bless and to connect many more people to you.

I received a total hip replacement from Dr. Owen O’Neill. I put off doing the surgery for over a year and researched the procedure, both online and through meeting with other surgeons. At my first appointment with Dr. O’Neill, I set up my appointment to receive the surgery. He was informative, reassuring and very personable; I had no reservations on proceeding. The pre-operative process, the surgery and the post-operative process went perfectly—I went home the day after surgery. It was wonderful to no longer have pain going up and down the stairs, getting in and out of the car and going for walks again. I highly recommend Dr. O’Neill; if you are reading this, you need look no further—you have found the best!

My total knee replacement surgeries were 9 and 3 years ago. I am very satisfied with both. I would definitely recommend Dr. Meyer and his team.

I have had a bad ankle for about 25, 30 years. The best decision I’ve ever made in my life was to pick TCO to do my ankle replacement, and it has changed my life forever. After three years or so with a bad hip, I was referred to TCO and Dr. O’Neill. He and his team are exceptional. Options are presented in a factual, yet very personal manner, but at the end of the day, you, as the patient/client must decide what option to choose. This is the most honest, ethical and professional consultation I have ever experienced. The minimally-invasive surgery on my hip performed by Dr. O’Neill was pain-free from surgery through my 6-weeks post-op appointment. From the receptionist, to the nurses, to the doctor and especially to “Libby” (Dr. Lewis right hand women), I felt in great and confident hands. I had a big fall rock climbing and fractured my ankle in multiple places along with severing part of a tendon. After a year of healing things still weren’t right and I went to see Dr. Holthusen. He completed the surgery and the staff was amazing. They are very attentive to patients and genuinely care about your health.

I received care at TCO for my carpal tunnel. Dr. Koch did the surgery on me and everything went very well! Their surgery center is awesome! I did my post surgery physical therapy at TCO as well. Everyone that I dealt with was very kind and also very knowledgeable! Everyone made each visit a pleasant one!

The summer of 2017 I did yard work and gardening with unbelievable pain. I was a very miserable 76 year old woman. On October 3^rd, Dr. Owen O’Neill and Jessie performed minimal anterior hip replacement surgery. The next day I left the hospital and walked into my house using the handrail to take three steps. Two days later, the walker and cane were put in storage because I didn’t need them. Tylenol was used for pain relief for the week following surgery just so I could sleep better. One week after surgery I drove to the grocery store and did several errands. Six weeks after surgery, I enjoyed an eleven day Panama Canal Cruise, walking to islands or from one end of the ship to the other on sea days. I ate lots of food but lost five pounds because I was so active.

Other positive results after surgery:
– My replaced hip feels like my original but pain free.
– I now sleep six or seven hours a night instead of three or four.
– People say I now look happy but before surgery I had a painful look.
