Dr. Bircher did an amazing job to fix my original hip replacement that left me with an uneven leg and fractured femur. His expertise corrected the leg length and gave me a stable implant. He is an excellent surgeon that cares about his patients! His whole team is fabulous!

I had a knee replacement in Michigan in 2012. About 6 years later I began experiencing pain and had an X-ray which showed loosening of the prosthesis. Foolishly, I let it go, moved to Minnesota, and limped along. Finally in 2023, I consulted Dr. Bircher who discovered my prosthesis was literally hanging by a thread. He explained all the risks of surgery as well as the advantages, and he performed the operation in October 2023. The results have been fantastic. I was in an immobilizing soft cast for 3 weeks but already walking with a walker within days of the surgery. I have had no pain. I have been doing home therapy and outpatient therapy at the excellent TCO facility in Plymouth. I have a new lease on life. Dr. Bircher is a compassionate surgeon with tremendous experience and I can recommend him highly. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Bircher.

Dr. Dwivedi was very straight forward with diagnosing my injury and the severity of it. He thoroughly explained the options I had and I chose surgery. I am currently 10 days post-surgery and my hand is healing very fast! I’ve had no complications and he has guided me through the steps required to heal the fastest, which I am doing. He is an excellent surgeon and a great guy, so I highly recommend him.

I am so happy with my third total knee replacement! I could not straighten my knee for 20 years. I had pain and swelling and had to have it aspirated every 3-4 months. I can now bend my knee and straighten it fully. I’m totally amazed of the outcome. Thank you, Dr. Nessler and team!

I just want to thank Dr. Nessler and his team for giving me my life back. I walked in severe pain for two years and I suffered two huge losses this year, my wife and a daughter. After two years of chronic pain and a sedentary lifestyle, Dr. Carlson gave me a second chance at life. He planned my knee surgery from start to finish, thinking through the best possible recovery for me. He discussed and explained all treatment possibilities while making eye contact and making me feel heard. I had to have a total knee revision done on my right knee. My previous surgery was back in 2016 by a different doctor. Dr. Nessler was very clear on what I needed and what it would take to get my range of motion back. The surgery went very well and the follow up has been great. He and his team have been wonderful to work with. Anyone that needs a second knee surgery on the same knee, I would recommend you set up an appointment with Dr. Nessler!

Dr. William Engasser was just amazing! He removed some hardware in my ankle that was giving me pain from a surgery over two years ago. He listened and offered a solution that would not have me laid up again for months. The surgery went so smoothly! During the whole process he was kind, empathic, and extremely professional. He also has a fantastic team that work with him. They are all so friendly and truly caring people.

I injured my right knee while kickboxing in July 2022. I had a meniscus repair in September 2022 and one month later, I was having pain again. Fast forward to August 2023, a friend recommended I get a second opinion at TCO. I was referred to Dr. LaPrade and had a meniscus transplant and complete posterolateral corner reconstruction (PLCR) in December 2023. I am one week post-surgery and feel so fortunate to have Dr. LaPrade and his team as my providers. They are amazing and take such good care of their patients! 10/10 recommend!
