I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Deal, Nathan Marcus, and Emily Harvey, as well as the team at the surgery center in Burnsville. An urgent surgery required quick scheduling and coordination over a holiday weekend. My situation was handled with the urgency it deserved, when other facilities may have pushed this out. At that moment, I felt as though I was the only patient in the TCO system that day. All hands were on deck, trying to help me get a pre-op appointment late on a Friday afternoon, getting the surgery scheduled for the day after a holiday, and making sure that I had everything lined up. I can honestly say that my experience with Dr. Deal’s team before, during, and after my surgery exceeded every single expectation I had. My husband and I are still in shock over the experience I had and I simply can’t express the gratitude I have for the TCO team.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize my surgeon, Dr. Engasser. I am 59 years old and just received a total ankle replacement from Dr. Engasser at TCO. The care and consideration Dr. Engasser and his staff provided to me has been fantastic, both prior to surgery and after. The ultimate decision to have ankle replacement was thoughtfully laid out by him over the course of a year. Nothing was rushed, all options were considered, and a final agreement on treatment was decided. I am 3 months post-op I am walking under my own power and getting stronger each day. I can say without hesitation that meeting with Dr. Engasser was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I would highly recommend him for anyone with ankle/foot concerns!

It was almost by accident that I had Dr. Bircher do my surgery. He just happened to be available for my initial diagnosis. It was a very lucky day for me. This was my second knee replacement, so I had a pretty good idea what I was in for. My surgery and recovery were absolutely fabulous and beyond any expectations I had. Words cannot describe how happy I am with the results. His PA, Kari Gabrielse, is caring and a joy to work with as well. Highly recommend this team if you are considering knee surgery.

Dr. Ridley answered all my questions of moving forward with my second knee replacement. He performed a replacement on my other knee two years ago and I couldn’t be happier! He personally followed up on my pre-operative and post-operative visits and was proactive in getting the surgery and insurance handled promptly.

In early 2023, I had both a knee and hip replaced by Dr. Nemanich. First I got my new hip and never looked back. My knee was also a success but, I will say, it hurt more than the hip replacement. Dr. Nemanich is a skilled surgeon and a kind man. I have full confidence in him and do recommend him for your next surgery.

I went to TCO Burnsville Orthopedic Urgent Care on Sunday afternoon February 4th, 2024. They were busy but there was no waiting to check in with the lovely lady that registered me. I asked how long of a wait it would be and she was very honest, it was going to be an extended amount of time. I let her know that I would come back later in hopes of it not being a lengthy wait time. She encouraged me to stay in case there was a break. I told her I would wait 30 minutes. Within the next 5 minutes she came over and told me that she had contacted the TCO Eagan Orthopedic Urgent Care and confirmed it would be a much shorter wait time. Needless to say, we headed right over to TCO Eagan. We were greeted by very friendly staff, from check-in, to getting a room, to X-ray, and care from the PA. I would highly recommend Twin Cities Orthopedics Urgent Care Burnsville and Eagan MN.

Dr. Kneeland is a fine doctor. I highly recommend her. She has helped me and her staff is wonderful. I’m 69 with rheumatoid arthritis.

I love Dr. Moeller. I’m a big baby when it comes to surgery but I was confident because she was confident. My broken/shattered bone in my hand is 100% repaired with full mobility. Other than faint evidence of slight scar, I have full mobility and no visual evidence of any break. It looks perfect and feels great.
