Dr. Cooper repaired my shoulder in 2020. I appreciate that he didn’t jump straight into surgery and explored other avenues of rehabilitation first. Sadly, they didn’t work because I had some significant and painful tears. He was so patient with me throughout the recovery process and explained that there is a bell curve to how quickly people recover from this surgery. I was frustratingly on the slower side, despite diligent hard work at home and with regular physical therapy with Ashley. Finally, over a year later, I have my strength and almost all of my range of motion back and I’m able to do assisted pullups and handstands again!

TCO and Training HAUS has allowed me to return to a sport I thought I would never be able to play again, at a level I had never played at before. I am a forward on the University of Tulsa soccer team and recently got back to training with my team after two revision surgeries with Dr. LaPrade at TCO. The original injury occurred in 2019 when I collided with a goalie. I had three surgeries in Tulsa but none ended up being successful. Therefore, I traveled to Minnesota to work with TCO to attempt to get back on the field. The Training HAUS staff quickly became a second family for me and allowed me to push myself to a place I didn’t know was possible. The protocols and recovery process have been extremely smooth and I’ve returned to an elite level of health in a very short period of time for my injury. I have complete confidence in my knee and cannot wait to be back in a Tulsa jersey in the fall.

Training HAUS has been an important addition to my life over the last 10 months. I have been able to increase and balance my overall strength to help me to be a better gymnast. Gymnastics needs to have effort in and out of the gym. I added Training HAUS to my schedule so I could improve my strength in muscle groups that were not balanced. I have been able to build the correct muscles to become a explosive and powerful athlete. Training HAUS has been so encouraging and supportive in helping me to achieve my goals and dreams. Chris, Megin, and Russ have worked with me to push me farther than I thought I could go. I have nothing but good things to say about Training HAUS and what they have done to help me. I’m proud to be a HAUS Built athlete!

The entire Crosstown Surgery Center staff, along with Dr. Bakker and team, were the best. I can’t say enough about how great everyone was. Thank you for taking good care of me and checking on me the next day.

On January 27, 2022, Dr. TJ Ridley performed a total left hip replacement. Even though I was discharged the same day, the home recovery was doable. After 60 days and physical therapy, my PT couldn’t tell which hip had been replaced! I would highly recommend TCO and Dr. Ridley to anyone contemplating having this procedure done. It will change your life!

I wanted to write to provide a big THANK YOU to Dr. Koch and her care team from the front office, to the back office, surgery staff, clinic staff. My surgeries were handled with the most exceptional care and attention. And from a services stand-point, those in customer service were amazing in answering my calls and my emails. Overall, a GOLD star to all that cared for me. And, thank you Dr. Koch for your amazing skill, knowledge, and care. I am so very appreciative.

I was in a pain that slowly, over time became intolerable. Getting out of bed in the morning each day was a challenge. I wanted to take walks but I wasn’t able to. I could have waited like most people do, but I have a whole lot of living to do. It didn’t take me long to decide to let Dr. Mair and his team change my future. Is the surgery difficult? Yes. The first few weeks were very hard. But my reward is no pain at 9 weeks post-surgery! My leg is straighter! I look forward to many long walks, and for a very long time! I am 56 years old and I have degenerative arthritis in both knees. I look forward to getting the next one replaced. My advice is don’t wait.

In January 2022, I was in a motor vehicle accident that caused a C6 fracture in my neck. I was able to get in with Dr. Omar in a timely manner and was very impressed! He is a very friendly doctor and explained everything to us. He showed us my x-rays and explained things in a way that I understood. Thank you so much.

After an accident falling on my knee, Dr. Hunt knew almost immediately what the subsequent MRI was going to reveal, simply from physical examination and discussion of my symptoms. The MRI confirmed EXACTLY what he predicted, and what the meniscus repair surgery would entail. His explanations and recommendations were so clear and concise that my confidence in the procedure was total. After the surgery, by following the recommended rest/ice/elevate therapy for 2 days, my knee was totally pain-free and ready for gradual return to normal. I can’t imagine a better scenario and outcome than this one. Thank you Dr. Hunt!

I first met Dr. Saterbak back in 1997. At that time she scoped my knee for a cartilage/meniscus tear. She did a wonderful job but naturally, after time wore off, I developed more knee pain. Just recently I came back to TCO, seeking help from Dr. Saterbak since my primary care physician told me I needed a total knee replacement. There wasn’t anyone else I wanted to do this for me but Dr. Saterbak. I’m now on the road to full recovery thanks to a wonderful doctor and friend!
