I have been under the care of Dr. Lewis and Libby Witchger, PA-C for several years with knee issues. I had a very busy life for a long time and surgery was not in the cards, so I had several cortisone shots to both knees that served me well. However, both Dr. Lewis and Libby knew the correct answer all along and were very supportive in my decision. The time came where the cortisone shots didn’t last and the pain caused my lifestyle to change drastically.

Libby would listen to me and always be so supportive in helping me walk through this. She was incredibly patient. Everything they said that would happen, did happen. My knee just couldn’t get me through the day anymore. I’ll be honest, I was somewhat in fear of the surgery itself which was a huge factor for me. I was so grateful knowing I had Dr. Lewis and Libby doing the surgery. The surgery, the tremendous support (throughout all these years) and after care was absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for better care. I will always be grateful for all that these two have done for me. Eventually the other knee will have to be replaced and I will have no reservations the second time around and hope to have the same team again. Thank you Dr. Lewis and Libby. You are amazing!

I want to tell you how great I think Dr. Engasser is as a specialist in orthopedics. He is the most confident in what he does. I have referred him to many people for issues they have. He is very professional and down to earth with his patients. He explains things so you can understand him perfectly. TCO is very lucky to have him. I thank him for taking care of the pain in both of my ankles.

Dr. Banks was excellent when our 14 year old daughter had to have spinal fusion and decompression. He made sure she was taken care of and did an awesome job. We are very grateful for him and now our daughter wants to be a doctor herself. Thanks Dr. Banks!

I  lived with knee pain for at least 74 years. The past 5 years have been really bad. I finally decided to do something about it. I can’t thank the staff at TCO and Dr. Arntson enough for changing my life. I had a total knee replacement 6 weeks ago and what a difference it has made! I can now go up and down flights of stairs normally. Long walks and talks with my husband are a daily treat, since before I really couldn’t walk due to the pain. I can walk the aisles at the grocery store. Cooking recipes that require over 5 minutes to cook are a pleasure since I can stand to make them.

However, most importantly, I can be the grandma my grandchildren deserve and love. I only missed 3 weeks of babysitting due to surgery. Those first hugs when I returned were worth it. This surgery was life changing for me. I only wish I would have done it sooner.

Dr. Engasser did an extraordinary job on my ankle. I can now walk with no pain, enjoy my golf, and live my life to my fullest. I highly recommend him.

I have been very pleased with the medical care that I received from Dr. William Engasser and his PA-C, Tiffany Fletschock. The results of the surgery were beautiful. My recovery went well and I am grateful to be regaining my mobility. Dr. Engasser really does treat the whole person. He takes the time to explain technical things in a way that is easy to understand. It is obvious that Dr. Engasser is well prepared for his role as a surgeon, as it’s evident by the knowledge he possesses. I also felt respected by the fact that he took the time to kindly answer all my questions.

Dr. Engasser guided me as I considered options regarding both of my feet. There are different options out there and he allowed me to consider those options to make the right decision for me. All of this leads me to say that I would confidently recommend Dr. Engasser as a surgeon. Your feet are important, they are your transportation, and I am grateful to have been in such good hands. Tiffany also treated me with the utmost respect and consideration. She was professional and very kind to me in those tender days post-operatively. She and Dr. Engasser make a great team. They are both very positive and enthusiastic, and it shows in how they care for their patients.

Dr. Erik Wetter performed emergency surgery for me in early August 2022. Surgery included; open treatment left femoral neck fracture with prosthetic replacement, a left anterior THA, closed treatment of left sacrum and pubic rami fractures without manipulation, and an ORIF left humerus proximal shaft.

On September 7th I had the first post-surgical appointment. Dr. Wetter was very encouraging in directing me in stretching my left humerus and shoulder to prevent a frozen shoulder. These exercises continued with OT and PT inpatient and outpatient care. The second follow up appointment with Dr. Wetter was in October. It showed additional healing, 75% with the humerus, and 80% with the pelvic area. I have been discharged from Dr. Wetter’s care after excellent, inspirational and encouraging care of my injuries and Surgeries. I truly appreciate Dr. Erik Wetter’s skillful care!

Dr. Eggers has provided wonderful care. He is compassionate, caring, easy to talk with and informative on treatment options and next steps.

This was my second time having Dr. McGarvey repair a bunion/hammer toe. Happily, I am out of feet to fix! Both surgeries went very well and the recovery was exactly as Dr. McGarvey predicted. The pin was removed at 4 weeks, and by 6-8 weeks I was able to walk and ride my bike normally.

Dr. McGarvey and his entire staff of Rhodora and Laura are nothing short of amazing! The care was fantastic, the follow up was exactly what I needed. Rhodora patiently answered each of my many questions without ever making me feel like a bother. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. McGarvey for any foot surgery needs. He and his staff are experts at what they do. They are kind and efficient too, making the entire experience a positive one.

I had 3 years of extreme discomfort, loss of strength, and pain in my left shoulder and arm areas. Finally at the age of 63, I went to TCO through a referral from my primary doctor. Prior to that, I saw two other specialists who recommended physical therapy, which helped reduce the pain until another injury brought it all back.

After reviewing my MRI, Dr. Hoel immediately came to the conclusion that a fusion of my C4-C6 vertebrae was needed to relieve the nerve pain and loss of strength that had been occurring. Dr. Hoel explained the process to me and set precise expectations, which were 100% accurate after my surgery. After 2 weeks, my nerve pain was completely gone. Now 6 weeks after surgery, my strength has returned to 75% and I can do anything I want to including golfing, running and weightlifting. This was the best medical experience I’ve ever been through. It’s truly unbelievable.
