Dr. Owen O’Neill performed an anterior approach hip replacement on January 4^th, 2018 because I was bone on bone and not able to live the kind of life I want. The surgery went so well that I left the hospital approximately 24 hours after surgery. Following the post-operative instructions, I rehabbed at home and was driving two weeks after surgery. Six weeks after surgery I felt great. The reason I went to Dr. O’Neill was he also did a knee replacement 7 or 8 years earlier. My knee was also bone on bone and really restricted my lifestyle. The pain was getting unbearable. I remember setting up for a putt while golfing and literally having my hands tremble because of the pain. My rehab for the knee was considerably harder than the hip but absolutely worth it. I went from hardly being able to walk or even drive a car, to getting back to doing anything I want to do. Golfing, fishing, hunting including using climbing tree stands! Anything I want to do! I am very thankful for Dr. O’Neill and his team, Jessie Donovan and Ann Sugrue! They have my gratitude and trust!

Dr. Butterfield performed a full knee replacement on my right knee in December 2017. Prior to surgery I was limited with my mobility and had daily knee pain. I have been very happy with the results of my surgery. I am very grateful to have my mobility back. Thank you to all of the care providers involved.

On October 8, 2013, Dr. Norberg performed surgery on my right rotator cuff. I had fallen twice on the same shoulder and needed a repair. While at the site he also fixed my released bicep. He did an amazing job! I golf and that is what I wanted to be able to do after I healed and completed therapy. Today I really don’t notice that I had those repairs. I golf and do everything that I want to do. Thank you so much Dr. Norberg! You are my hero! Ten days ago you did my husband Jim’s right rotator cuff and he is healing very nicely with very little pain. To date, he has taken one pain pill. Thanks! He is well on the way to recovery!

In 2016, I had full right shoulder replacement done by Dr. Schneider with full range of motion success. With that in mind, I was excited to have the same experience again in 2018 performed by Dr. Schneider and supported by his amazing staff. He is a no-frills, let’s get it done, physician who explains procedures in lay terms and appears to be proud of his successes and rightfully so. He is a knowledgeable physician and credit to his profession.

His assistant nurse, Sue Rustin, is invaluable when it comes to prompt return phone calls and immediate answers. Her overall compassion and care for Dr. Schneider’s patients is to be commended. A real asset to Dr. Schneider and the TCO organization.

I have to give a HUGE HEART-POURING SHOUT OUT & THANK YOU to Dawn R at WestHealth in the TCO Plymouth location. She went above and beyond for myself and my 18 year old daughter. Her exceptional customer service, follow up and follow through is a shining example of how everyone should treat others both in their professional life and personal life. I won’t bore you with all the details but I will say, I have never had such an amazing experience with a provider. Beyond thrilled! THANK YOU DAWN R. No lip service. Pure heart and action. 🙂

I have been working with Dr. Knowlan for many years due to my degenerative arthritis in both of my knees. When the pain and the loss of function became intolerable, we decided it was time for the replacements. His knowledge, experience, and communication were essential in determining which knee to do first, and how soon after to do the second knee. I call it my medical miracle. I am amazed at the outcome. I feel like I am 20 years younger, because the limited function and pain made me feel 10 years older than I actually am. Sometimes I forget how painful and difficult it was to use my knees. Yet, every now and then I realize that I’m walking up stairs without pain, and I smile! I even have to remind myself that I don’t have to use the hand railing. I can stand, walk, and play golf without pain. I can shop without pain. At the end of a long day at work, I walk out to my car and realize how much energy I still have. It has been a life changer for me. I am grateful every day for my knee replacements. Dr. Knowlan is my hero! That may sound a little over the top, but my life is so much better now.

Best knee replacement so far! I’d definitely do it again if I had another knee to replace. Dr. Brian O’Neill replaced both knees and both knees are doing great!
