Brooke Deshler, MPT, is a board-certified Physical Therapist who has worked as an outpatient Physical Therapist since 2003. She has worked with a variety of operative and non-operative patients, emphasizing pre and post-operative hip, foot and ankle rehabilitation. Before coming to TCO, Brooke spent over seven years working closely with well-respected and nationally renowned sports and orthopedic physicians in the Chicago area. Prior to that, Brooke worked at a Mayo health system outpatient facility with Rochester Mayo MD providers. Brooke values a holistic approach to rehabilitation and strives to provide her patients the instruction and tools to improve their individual outcomes, including the practice of dry needling, while honoring their unique perspectives and pace of recovery. She takes the time to develop patient-specific care plans to optimize patient’s goals, whether that is a return to their sport, the next marathon, or simply taking a walk around the lake.
Brooke lives in Maple Grove with her husband and has two grown sons. Brooke enjoys spending free time running, walking the dog, yoga, golfing, and traveling on the next adventure!
