Josh Rolfes, DPT, has been providing outpatient physical therapy in the Twin Cities for over 10 years. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Minnesota and undergraduate degree in Biology from Hamline University. Josh enjoys helping a variety of patients reach their personal goals whether return to competitive sport, recreational activity, work, or life in general. Special clinical interests include rehabilitation after hip arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction, golf rehab, and the treatment of running associated injuries. Josh uses a patient specific treatment approach using a combination of manual therapy, functional strengthening, and balance work. He believes strongly in developing a treatment plan for his patients that is practical, sustainable, and will produce lifelong benefits.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys time with his wife and two children who are active in sports and school activities. He also cherishes his time on the golf course, exercising and hanging out with friends.
