About

Kate Ley PT, DPT, OCS graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Catherine University in 2015 and has been working in the outpatient orthopedic setting since. As a former athlete, Kate has spent many hours in physical therapy herself, which is ultimately what drew her to the field. She loves developing relationships with her patients and designing a plan of care that best fits their needs through a combination approach utilizing manual therapy and exercise. As an advocate for health and wellness, Kate strives to educate the importance of movement for both recovery and improved future quality of life. She loves working with a wide variety of patients, but has a special interest in the post-surgical and athletic populations. As a native of Minnesota, Kate loves spending time outside during all the seasons with her dog and exploring new areas every year. She also enjoys weight lifting as well as cooking dinner for her friends and family.
