About

Kate Cayton, PT, DPT, OCS, graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from St. Catherine University in 2015, and has since been working in outpatient orthopedics. As a former athlete, Kate has spent many hours in physical therapy herself, which is ultimately what drew her to the field. She takes great pleasure in building connections with her patients and creating a tailored care plan that effectively addresses their needs by employing a combination of manual therapy and exercise. As an advocate for health and wellness, Kate strives to educate patients on the importance of movement for both recovery and improved future quality of life. She thoroughly enjoys working with a diverse range of patients, with a particular focus on those who have undergone surgery and those involved in athletics. As a native of Minnesota, Kate loves spending time outside with her dog and exploring new places. In her leisure time, she enjoys weightlifting and cooking dinner for her friends and family.
