Lilliana Lind, DPT, OCS, is originally from Miami, Florida where she attended the University of Miami and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science. She then moved to Chicago and went to Northwestern University where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Lilly lived in Chicago for ten years and worked for Loyola University Medical Center. She completed a one-year orthopedic residency program and earned her Orthopedic Certified Specialization. Lilly then became a faculty member for the Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency Program where she lectured, mentored, and led manual technique lab sessions. At Loyola, she worked closely with sports teams and gained experience with runners of all ability levels. As a part of her specialty and orthopedic experience, she helps runners and athletes return to their sport, and guiding patients to reach their goals after injury.
She eventually made Minnesota her home and enjoys exploring the natural landscapes the state has to offer. Lilly enjoys running for exercise, being active, and spending time with her friends and family.
