About

Mitch Kary, PT, DPT, obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota, where he also completed his undergraduate studies in Physical Therapy and played collegiate baseball. He possesses certification in Functional Dry Needling, is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, and is also proficient in Blood Flow Restriction protocols and the Graston Technique of soft tissue mobilization. Mitch boasts extensive knowledge and practical experience in evaluating and treating a diverse range of orthopedic and sports-related injuries, as well as providing post-operative care.

His special interest lies in the rehabilitation of overhead athletes and shoulder injuries both conservatively and post operatively. He has vast experience in the analysis of pitching mechanics as well as the field of golf rehab for which he has obtained his certification through the Titleist Performance Institute. He also possesses expertise in guiding individuals through return-to-sport training following lower extremity injuries including ACL reconstruction. Mitch is married to his wife, Kristan, and is the proud parent of three boys. Beyond his professional pursuits, he relishes spending quality time with his family at the lake, coaching his boys’ youth sports, and participating in sports activities.
