Sidni Kast, PT, DPT, graduated from the University of North Dakota’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2024. During PT school, she earned the title of Miss North Dakota 2022 and used her platform to educate and advocate for the PT profession with a holistic approach to overall health. She continues to take the skills learned through this experience when working with patients of all demographics prioritizing a patient-centered approach to ensure goals are being achieved.
Her special interest of working with overhead athletes and aquatic therapy stem from her history of being a swimmer and softball player. She is passionate about building a fun and educational environment for her patients to get back to doing what they love!
During Sidni’s free time she enjoys hiking, going to the lake, lifting weights, playing the piano, singing, cooking, swimming and spending time with her friends, family and husband Tony.
