I had my left hip replaced on February 3rd, 2025, by Dr. Sam Carlson. I had excellent results and care. I couldn’t be happier. I had no restrictions and that made life very simple, and I feel like it also made my healing goal quicker. I followed the rules before, during, and after surgery which I think helped as well. I was on a plane less than three weeks later and finished my recovery there by walking and climbing steps. I am now having my right hip done a year later by Dr. Sam Carlson because I have complete faith in him and his staff. Melissa is an awesome coordinator and the whole process has been user-friendly. Any questions you have, they will answer.

I am very happy with Dr. Lewis. He is very professional and kind. He does such a great job that I continue to have him do my surgeries. So far, he has done a shoulder repair, two knee replacements (right and left), and a hip replacement. Dr. Lewis is an excellent surgeon and a genuinely kind person. One year ago today, I was in the worst pain of my life. My right hip was bone on bone, and the pain was so intense. I wasn’t sleeping at night, and I couldn’t walk or sit for longer than a few minutes. Immediately after the surgery with Dr. Nessler, I was up and walking short distances with absolutely zero pain. The recovery was very smooth and within the first three days, I was doing great! I am nothing but grateful for the TCO team.

Dr O’Neill and his team were very professional. They don’t waste any time, and they responded very quickly with any questions I had. My new hip is remarkable. I am 10-weeks post-surgery, and I can do anything I want to do. I got on the pickleball court last week and everything works great which was not true before surgery.
