Dr. Arntson is the best! He was highly recommended to me for a knee replacement revision. I had been in pain and discomfort for several years and he repaired my knee replacement. I am so grateful to have had him as my surgeon. You can easily tell he really cares about his patients. I feel that I received the very best professional care available by Dr. Arntson and his team at TCO.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bircher because of my knee pain. He saw the way I was walking and suggested that I get an X-ray of my hip even though I had no pain there. The X-ray showed bone on bone in the hip, and the pain was going from my hip down to my knee. I had a hip replacement on April 1st, 2025. After three weeks, I was walking with no walker, and my knee pain was gone. Three months later, there is still no pain in the knee. It has been the best I have felt in two years.

Dr. Joseph Nessler is a great surgeon. He always takes his time to answer my many questions, even took time out of his busy schedule to x-ray my low back when I came in for my knee revision follow up appointment. I never have to wait long to see him, and he is always professional with a great bedside manner.

I always tell family and friends to go see Dr. Nessler and any of the providers at TCO. I have always great customer service from billing, scheduling and physical therapy.

I would like thank Dr. Thomas Comfort for my many successful surgeries. Two knee revisions, 1 total knee replacement, both hip replacements and both shoulder replacements. He was very professional and willing to listen to all of my questions. He explained what he needed to do so I could understand. With more than 30 visits he still worked with me even on some of my default recovery due to possible a underlying issue I may have causing longer recoveries. I have and will pass his name on to other people that I think he could help.

I had a knee replacement by another different practice and doctor, I was in more pain than before, but they kept telling me I’m okay. Then I was referred to Dr. Joseph Nessler, and he immediately identified the problem, my replacement was not centered properly which caused the replacement to hang over the edge of my bone.

Dr. Nessler performed a knee revision (2nd replacement), and I could immediately feel the difference. A year out and am looking forward to a life with less pain and being more active. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nessler!

After a knee replacement and knee revision surgery a few years ago, my range of motion was not good and not what it should be. I was referred to Dr. Nessler by another orthopedic surgeon. He was very clear as to what approach he would take and this gave me confidence to go ahead with surgery in January. I am pleased with my range of motion now and would highly recommend Dr. Nessler for any consultation on your joint problems.

I had to have a total knee revision done on my right knee. My previous surgery was back in 2016 by a different doctor. Dr. Nessler was very clear on what I needed and what it would take to get my range of motion back. The surgery went very well and the follow up has been great. He and his team have been wonderful to work with. Anyone that needs a second knee surgery on the same knee, I would recommend you set up an appointment with Dr. Nessler!

I am extremely grateful as both a patient and as a physical therapist working with Dr. Ridley. Earlier this year I had an aggravation from an old surgery and progression of arthritis to the outside of the knee. I have worked with patients that saw Dr. Ridley and his team, so I knew he was my first stop. We met for the initial assessments. I found out there was a little more going on than affects from my old knee surgery. I had a couple new meniscus tears. As a couple of orthopedic nerds, we discussed treatment options and he recommended a few surgical and non-surgical options.

For me, the best part of the experience was that Dr. Ridley respected my questions and thoughts/concerns as well. He understood my history as a former college athlete and my goals for fitness with free weights and other functional fitness approaches. I ultimately landed on arthroscopic knee surgery. Considering the progressed arthritis to my knee cap and extra tears to the meniscus on both sides of my knee, I feel better coming out of this surgery than I did coming out of my first surgery 14 years ago. I was quickly able to demonstrate proper lower extremity exercises to my patients and return to fitness training at a faster rate than expected. And I have been a PT for 14 years! Thanks Doctor Ridley and team for helping me more comfortably treat my own patients, but more importantly, helping me keep up with my kids and family. Keep up the great work in our communities!

My previous knee replacement (with another doctor) not only failed, but also damaged my tibia and twisted my leg. It was necessary to place a rod in my leg and repair my femur and tibia to hold the new replacement. My recovery has been faster and less painful than either of my previous knee replacements. I credit Dr. Bircher‘s skill for making my recovery so swift.

Dr. Leafblad recently did surgery on my knee for a meniscus repair. But he didn’t do that surgery without first thoroughly helping me research and understand all that was happening in my knee joint. Then we could make the best decision for my hoped for outcome. It was very reassuring to find someone that truly listened to me and my concerns. Dr. Leafblad was someone that partnered with me to find the best path for me, which has not been my experience at other medical organizations. I would HIGHLY recommend him!
