Dr. Arntson replaced my left hip with the anterior procedure. I was able to walk pain free immediately with very few restrictions. There has been very little pain, especially at the incision site. Now, 6 weeks post-op, there is no pain and no restriction of movement. I am very pleased with the results. Why did I wait so long? Thank you Dr. Arntson!

I chose Dr. Mair because of the amazing work he did on my bride’s right knee replacement. When I came to him with severe left hip pain, he reassured me that he would be able to help me get back to a normal lifestyle. At 58 years young, I have a lot I want to do so full recovery is my goal. From the very start, every person I met at the TCO clinic and along the way, have just been so dang caring and have given me so much of their time.

From the day of surgery to my continued follow up appointments, the TCO staff have been with me. I have had several setbacks (from my own doing) and they have been there with advice, therapy, phone calls, urgent care on Sunday, etc. to check on me…even over the weekends. I deeply feel that they genuinely care about my success, which has been very meaningful since replacement surgery includes work and rough moments at times in the healing.

I just finished my 90 days of the program and met with Dr. Mair to review X-rays and progress. I left knowing that I am on the right track and that he is there if I need him, even though the program is completed. His personal accountability to his patients is so refreshing and, to be honest, very valuable in the healing process. I am gaining strength, flexibility, and leaving the pain behind more each day. I fully believe him when he told me I will be out pheasant hunting and chasing my granddaughters. I highly recommend Dr. Mair and TCO.

It has been 3 years already since both of my hips were replaced by Dr. Owen O’Neill. What an awesome guy and surgeon. I am so happy and continue to explore new activities that were not an option to me prior to surgery. I would like to schedule an appointment just to give him a hug. Thank you, Dr. O’Neill!

It’s been 3 months since my shoulder replacement and it’s been awesome. From surgery to physical therapy, things went well and I’ve had less pain each day. Shout out to Ron Fisher (you’re awesome), Dalton Niel, PA-C (thank you), and Dr. O’Keefe (best surgeon ever)!

I saw Dr. Barry for my right shoulder rotator cuff tear. He took the time to explain the surgery and recovery process. When I was having trouble with a prescription refill after surgery, his Physician Assistant worked with the insurance company and the pharmacy to get it filled. Dr. Barry and his team were nothing but professional. They allowed me time to ask questions before and after surgery. The physical therapists were great too and provided Dr. Barry with updates after each session. I would definitely go to Dr. Barry if I ever needed surgery again. I highly recommend him and his team.

My experience with Dr. O’Keefe and at TCO has been great! From the team of doctors to physical therapists, they have been top notch. They are very attentive to patient needs and are very caring. I highly recommend TCO Otsego!

I was somewhat hesitant to have knee replacement surgery, but over time despite other treatment options and PT, it seemed like the logical option. Of course, any surgery is unpleasant, but overall I have been VERY satisfied with the results and the care I received from Dr. Kelly and all of the medical professionals/trainers I dealt with along the way. The post-op PT is unwelcome at first, but within days my pain was reminiscing and my range of motion increasing. Over the following weeks my mobility increased and I had the other knee replaced. The second knee actually felt less painful and recovery was a bit smoother. It has now been two years. I followed all the instructions, completed all of the PT and am EXTREMELY happy with the results. My mobility has increased substantially and my quality of life is markedly improved. Before having the knee replacements, I would dread stairs. Even walking up and down and incline would be painful. Simple things such as light yard work or housework were quite burdensome. Not I have no pain, considerably more energy and care on a much more normal life.

Dr. Arntson did a great job on my knee. It has been 6 weeks since surgery and I feel great. I would have Dr. Arntson do surgery again if I ever needed it!

I can’t thank Dr. Hoel enough for helping my husband. We have seen so many doctors and TCO was the only place that, not only cared, but understood my husband’s pain regarding his herniated disc. He had surgery today and he his feeling a million times better. Thank you again for giving me my husband back! Dr. Hoel is an awesome surgeon. I would trust him with my family or best of friends. Bonus note: he is one of the good ones.

I had a long term injury that ended up tearing two weeks after giving birth. I went into TCO Urgent Care and was seen within a half hour! The staff were super helpful and urgent care was a breeze. I was also able to schedule my surgery with Dr. Szalapski within two weeks of being seen initially! I was in and out of the surgery room within just a couple of hours and walking the next day. I highly recommend TCO’s specialties and Orthopedic Urgent Care. The entire process was easy and stress-free, which was much needed while having a newborn at home!
