I am a 47 year old female who had a partial knee replacement from another surgeon at a totally different office and hospital 2 years ago and it was a nightmare! Thank God my friend encouraged me to seek a second opinion with Dr. Mair at TCO!! He was able to perform a miracle on my messed up knee and do a total knee replacement 3 months ago. It was such a wonderful experience! I am so happy with my new knee and feel like a new woman! It has only been 3 months and I am doing things I haven’t been able to do for 2 years thanks to Dr. Mair! I really can’t say enough wonderful things about him!

Dr. Hess took the time to listen and explain things regarding my daughter’s knee injury. He’s shown genuine concern and for that I am grateful. He performed her surgery and the care he’s taking with her post op is amazing. He’s totally recommended.

I was blown away by the overall process and how quickly I was back in action. I am young and in relatively good shape and I was coached by a number of people about how key rehab is. It was crazy to think that in a few short hours, I was on my feet walking the hallways. The rooms and care I received from Dr. Kruse and staff in my short stay were fantastic. Again, I was really blown away with the surgery process, recovery center quality and overall recovery from a major surgery.

I had been living with knee pain for years and had visited several orthopedic physicians. Once I met Dr. Panek and his team, I immediately felt comfortable that they would handle my issues. Had a knee replacement in June 2018 and I can truly say “why did I wait so long?” Due to the skill of Dr. Panek, I now feel better than I have in years!

While participating in the EXCEL Program and with the expertise of Dr. Panek and his team, I have made a successful recovery from knee replacement surgery. I am back to kayaking, bike riding, walking, digging in my garden, re-arranging (large) rocks in my garden and living life to the fullest!

Before surgery I was in nearly constant pain. Since surgery with Dr. Meyer and recovery/healing, I am able to resume a nearly totally normal life. About the only thing I cannot do very well is kneel on the knee.

Dr. O’Keefe first operated on me when I broke my elbow in a bicycle accident. He was successful in putting my shattered elbow back together. I also have seen him for a knee problem over the last few years. After injections did not solve the problem, I had a total knee replacement that was very successful. I appreciated the fact that he let me make the decisions on how to proceed. I highly recommend Dr. O’Keefe as an orthopedic surgeon.

From the moment I met Dr. O’Keefe I felt comfortable. He was professional, thorough and readily answered any questions. I was a very apprehensive patient in making the decision to have a knee replacement. Dr. O’Keefe understood that and reassured me through his calm presence during my pre-op appointment and throughout the surgical process. Most importantly the surgery went great and recovery was as expected. I’m very excited to have my mobility back and feel grateful to Dr. O’Keefe and his staff.

Dr. Gulli did my right total knee in 2011, and my left total knee in 2017. THANK YOU for giving me my life back! In recent weeks I have hiked in eight MN State Parks and at every one of them I kept saying, “Thank you Dr. Gulli for my new knees!” Thanks to his incredible TEAM, too! Margaret and Dawn, you two are awesome!

I picked Dr. Szalapski out of a phone book 18 years ago at 43 years old needing a hip replacement. He was professional and gave me all the information I didn’t want to hear! I lucked out and got the best results I could have hoped for! He has since replaced my other hip, a knee and most recently my shoulder. I love him and tell everyone I know to go to him! He doesn’t always tell you what you want to hear but honestly not his fault. I thank God I randomly picked him I’ve gotten the best results on all my surgeries and can honestly say I have no residual pain. His staff is awesome and I could not be happier and no I’m not related ha!

Dr. Vorlicky and his staff are amazing. It’s been eight weeks and my new knee feels great. I am ready to schedule the other knee and I know I will receive outstanding care.
