Dr. Bircher did an amazing job to fix my original hip replacement that left me with an uneven leg and fractured femur. His expertise corrected the leg length and gave me a stable implant. He is an excellent surgeon that cares about his patients! His whole team is fabulous!

I had a knee replacement in Michigan in 2012. About 6 years later I began experiencing pain and had an X-ray which showed loosening of the prosthesis. Foolishly, I let it go, moved to Minnesota, and limped along. Finally in 2023, I consulted Dr. Bircher who discovered my prosthesis was literally hanging by a thread. He explained all the risks of surgery as well as the advantages, and he performed the operation in October 2023. The results have been fantastic. I was in an immobilizing soft cast for 3 weeks but already walking with a walker within days of the surgery. I have had no pain. I have been doing home therapy and outpatient therapy at the excellent TCO facility in Plymouth. I have a new lease on life. Dr. Bircher is a compassionate surgeon with tremendous experience and I can recommend him highly. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Bircher.

Dr. Dwivedi was very straight forward with diagnosing my injury and the severity of it. He thoroughly explained the options I had and I chose surgery. I am currently 10 days post-surgery and my hand is healing very fast! I’ve had no complications and he has guided me through the steps required to heal the fastest, which I am doing. He is an excellent surgeon and a great guy, so I highly recommend him.

I am so happy with my third total knee replacement! I could not straighten my knee for 20 years. I had pain and swelling and had to have it aspirated every 3-4 months. I can now bend my knee and straighten it fully. I’m totally amazed of the outcome. Thank you, Dr. Nessler and team!

I just want to thank Dr. Nessler and his team for giving me my life back. I walked in severe pain for two years and I suffered two huge losses this year, my wife and a daughter. After two years of chronic pain and a sedentary lifestyle, Dr. Carlson gave me a second chance at life. He planned my knee surgery from start to finish, thinking through the best possible recovery for me. He discussed and explained all treatment possibilities while making eye contact and making me feel heard. I had to have a total knee revision done on my right knee. My previous surgery was back in 2016 by a different doctor. Dr. Nessler was very clear on what I needed and what it would take to get my range of motion back. The surgery went very well and the follow up has been great.
