After basically loosing my ability to throw a ball over hand for over 10 years, I can now do these things again. My total shoulder replacement with Dr. Kelly went well, as did rehab. I had less pain than expected and have recommended others to get this surgery as well.

It was so nice to meet Dr. Harris and consult with him on August 16, 2021. I am very grateful for him taking the time to listen and explain to me in detail what may be the most positive outcome of a surgical intervention. I had been struggling with left shoulder pain for several years to the point where I quit playing golf. With the help a Dr. Kelly, a great surgeon, I think I can get back to normal. Dr. Kelly, his staff and TCO have been super.

Last summer (July 2020), I was on a 110-mile bike packing journey and ended up fraying my Achilles tendon on my left foot. The pain was excruciating and I was scared because I also didn’t have medical coverage. I felt uneasy and anxious. I was so desperate to get back outside and doing what I love most, running, but scared since I didn’t know how I was going to be able to cover the costs to get it seen or taken care of.

Needless to say, the front support staff at TCO helped me through the process of payment options before I even stepped into the door and they also got me an appointment right away. When I first met Steve Churchill, DPT, the stress and worry seemed to dissipate almost immediately. His knowledge, calm demeanor, and the time he took to answer all my questions left me reassured in a way I don’t normally feel walking away from a doctor’s office.

Steve set me up on a plan right away to return to activity (the first couple of weeks were rest). I felt confident knowing that I had a plan in place, and I was able to check in with him if I had any questions come up or to simply monitor the progress and when to proceed or go back to the next/previous phase of recovery. I was able to return to running by September with his help and expertise. He was even able to identify some of the root sources of why I injured my Achilles and helped me with a prescribed plan to strengthen areas of weakness.

Without Steve and TCO I wouldn’t have been able to win let alone run my first ever 50 mile ultra this summer. I am incredibly grateful for their willingness to work with me financially as well as the energy, effort, and care that Steve provided. Happy running!

I knew Dr. Ridley was a very accomplished surgeon but it was the phone call and office visit prior to the procedure that really made me feel at ease. I had several questions about the procedure and recovery time and I was a bit nervous. He was very approachable, professional and friendly, and it was very clear to me that he cared about his patients and wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered. At my 2 week post-op follow up appointment, it was more of the same with him taking the time to answer all of my questions, as I was anxious to get back to a routine with fitness and daily life. He also mentioned that he didn’t want me to feel like this was it and that I could call back with any other questions or concerns regarding the procedure. At the 2 week follow up appointment, he also shared how happy he was to see how quickly I was recovering. I am starting my workouts again, biking and walking stairs without any discomfort. I would recommend Dr. Ridley to anyone I know. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Dr. Koch was very willing to answer my questions and discuss my concerns. She is a good communicator, providing clear and concise answers. I’d highly recommend her.

Dr. Michael Nemanich was patient and listened carefully to understand the issues I was having with my knees. He worked with me, informed me of the various options along the way, and allowed me to choose the path that I was most comfortable with. Ultimately, after trying other options, I went forward with knee replacement. Dr. Nemanich and his team were great to work with. They made me feel comfortable with the process and were very responsive when I had questions or concerns. I am now looking forward to enjoying my life to its fullest, once again!

For 6 years I walked (hobbled) with severe pain. Dr. Saterbak took one look at my knee and said, “you need a total knee replacement.” With being 65 years old and overweight, I figured the answer would be that surgery isn’t a possibility. Much to my surprise, her question was “when do you want to do the surgery?” Surgery was done on April 1^st and after 3.5 weeks of therapy, I was walking for the first time in years without any pain. I cannot say enough about Dr. Saterbak and her assistant, Dana, PA-C, for turning my life around.

I had no idea my hips had deteriorated so badly and why I was in such discomfort, but Dr. Ockuly and his team corrected everything. I had 2 hip replacements in less than 2 months. Less than 6 months post-op and I’m mowing the lawn, walking the dog, and enjoying my season outdoor activities that I couldn’t for too long. I highly recommended this team and am very, very grateful! I would like to compliment the excellent hand surgery that was performed by Dr. Bakker. I had 4 separate complex surgical incisions and the outcomes of the surgeries were excellent. I have to say, I had no pain in my hand from the beginning to the end of rehabilitation. I am extremely pleased with the entre process from the support staff to the provider. Thank you all.
