Dr. Laura Koch is the best in the business! She repaired my finger and my hand is fully functioning! No rehab or therapy was necessary, thank you Dr. Laura!

I am a 47 year old female who had a partial knee replacement from another surgeon at a totally different office and hospital 2 years ago and it was a nightmare! Thank God my friend encouraged me to seek a second opinion with Dr. Mair at TCO!! He was able to perform a miracle on my messed up knee and do a total knee replacement 3 months ago. It was such a wonderful experience! I am so happy with my new knee and feel like a new woman! It has only been 3 months and I am doing things I haven’t been able to do for 2 years thanks to Dr. Mair! I really can’t say enough wonderful things about him!

Dr. Loren Vorlicky is a great orthopedic surgeon. He also is assisted by a tremendous physician’s assistant, Nathanael Hall, PA-C.

I had a redo of a hip because a minimally invasive surgical technique done elsewhere did not work and came loose. The loose implant caused enormous pain over the course of a year. One year after that surgery, Dr. Vorlicky had to do a complete and total redo of the hip. It was a complicated surgery.

Dr. Vorlicky is compassionate. He is a listener and empathetic and did a fabulous job in the redo of the first surgery. All of my pain, which was significant from the first surgery, is gone. I am very grateful to Dr. Vorlicky for listening and caring and also for doing a fabulous, fabulous job in the second surgery. I so appreciate the way Dr. Vorlicky and Nate have treated me during this entire difficult process. I am very grateful to have had such a great surgeon.

Dr. Peterson had to remove hardware from a previous repair (from a fall last year), so my total hip replacement had some complexity. Dr. Peterson was confident that I would still have a good result. After my surgery on June 20, 2018, I had almost no pain, and I began the required therapy and PT. I was so satisfied with my progress each week, and within 3 weeks, I wasn’t even using my walker nor a cane! On August 24, I even went to the MN State Fair and walked for six hours without help. Dr. Peterson is a very talented surgeon, has a caring and compassionate demeanor, and answers all questions thoroughly. I am 76 years old, and I feel like I have my life back!

The moment I met Dr. O’Neill, I knew I was going to select him to be my hip(s) surgeon. He takes his time in reviewing X-rays with patients as well as covering all aspects of the procedure. I needed both hips replaced and the surgeries needed to be at least 4 weeks apart. So that is what I did.

I would like to thank Dr. O’Neill, Jessie and the entire O’Neill team for a truly wonderful experience. Here I am back at one of my favorite activities 3 months after the second surgery – wake surfing! Thank you!

Dr. Hess took the time to listen and explain things regarding my daughter’s knee injury. He’s shown genuine concern and for that I am grateful. He performed her surgery and the care he’s taking with her post op is amazing. He’s totally recommended.

I had a fantastic experience. I referred a friend already to Dr. O’Neill for a hip replacement. I continue to work with TCO through Steve my trainer and use TCO for my orthopedic needs. The EXCEL Program was just the program I needed for surgery.

I had been seeing Dr. Asp for a good amount of time (15+ years) in which I was receiving injections. As mentioned, this went on for quite a long period of time. I did the injections as I was not mentally ready/prepared for the replacement. Finally, in the beginning of 2017, I had made the decision to begin the total knee replacement because I really couldn’t stand the constant pain. I scheduled my first replacement on my right knee (the worst of the two) and became totally ready.

March came, I was anxious for the pain to be removed and ready for strenuous rehab and therapy to get up and about. I hit a snag in the therapy when I couldn’t get beyond the 80 degree bend due to a build-up of scar tissue. So a manipulation procedure was suggested and performed by Dr. Asp. Days later, I was pedaling full motion on the bike and my bend had increased to 105 degrees with continued physical therapy (Courtney was amazing). My bend was nearing 120 degrees and my straightening was near 0 degrees.

With all this happening, I knew I could go through another surgery to have my left knee repaired and through the skillful hands of Dr. Asp and his team (and the grace of god) I am happy to say that I am totally pain free and walking without any limitations and much to the delight of my wife, Lisa. Thank you Dr. Asp and the entire team at TCO. I am always quick to call out your names to refer people.

Dr. Tanner provided expert surgical repair of my broken ankle which occurred when my leg went out from under me in the yard. He clearly is an expert in repairing this injury and despite the 2.5 months of immobility which were very difficult, I am grateful to him that I can walk again without pain.

I was blown away by the overall process and how quickly I was back in action. I am young and in relatively good shape and I was coached by a number of people about how key rehab is. It was crazy to think that in a few short hours, I was on my feet walking the hallways. The rooms and care I received from Dr. Kruse and staff in my short stay were fantastic. Again, I was really blown away with the surgery process, recovery center quality and overall recovery from a major surgery.
