Kelsey Nowak, PT, DPT, PRPC, is passionate about helping individuals with new-onset or chronic injuries of the extremities, spine and pelvic floor. With advanced training in manual therapy, dry needling and fascial release, she incorporates a multi-modal approach to patient care. Kelsey provides physical therapy for diagnoses including: pelvic ring disorders; spine; headaches; concussions; and sports medicine populations. Her passion is helping female and male patients with pelvic floor diagnoses including pelvic pain, urinary/bowel incontinence, constipation, abdominal pain, painful intercourse, and peripartum patients, including blocked milk ducts and preventing the recurrence of mastitis. Born and raised in Alberta, Canada, Kelsey had the great honor of playing hockey for the University of Minnesota, twice being named captain, and winning a NCAA Championship her senior season in 2004. She and her husband and enjoy coaching their two kids’ sports teams, as well as spending time at the cabin and lake.
