Sam Arnold, PT, DPT, SCS, earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from St. Catherine University and completed a sports physical therapy residency at the University of Delaware, where he gained extensive expertise in the rehabilitation of both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and sports-related conditions. His comprehensive treatment approach encompasses manual therapy and manipulation techniques, blood flow restriction training, and electrical stimulation. Sam has a background working with high school and collegiate athletes in various sports, including football, hockey, wrestling, volleyball, soccer, and rugby. He is currently involved in the rehabilitation of Augsburg University athletes. Sam holds a personal interest in injury prevention and the rehabilitation of athletic injuries, including ACL tears (both post-operative and non-operative), running injuries, and concussions. During his leisure time, Sam enjoys outdoor activities, spending quality time with his family in Iowa, and attending Twins and Vikings games.
