Dr. Bircher was my surgeon for both my knee replacement and my hip revision. In both cases, he was a remarkable doctor, and I was lucky to have had him as my surgeon. He very patient and kind. He truly listens and helps you to make the best decision that will get you to a successful recovery.

I have seen Dr. Reynolds twice for low back and SI pain. He nailed the diagnosis immediately and confirmed it with an MRI. He has a fantastic “bedside manner” and is very easy to communicate with. Dr. Reynolds explains everything well. I feel like I receive great information coming in and going out. He sent me to TCO physical therapy, and I am responding fantastically to the exercises in my rehab! I have already referred him to others and will continue to do so in a heartbeat! What a great addition to TCO!

I recently visited the TCO Burnsville due to severe pain in my right leg caused by a significant hamstring injury (biceps femoris tear). From my very first interaction with the team, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The entire staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive to my specific needs, which made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.

My physical therapy was provided by Sally Hutson (PT, DPT) and Michelle DeGross (PTA). I was completely satisfied with the exceptional care they delivered. Their professionalism, encouragement, and patient?centered approach made a tremendous difference in my recovery. Thanks to their guidance and the treatment plan they designed, I was able to complete my therapy within three months of the injury and return to many of the physical activities I enjoyed before. I still have more healing ahead, and full recovery will take time, but I am confidently on the right path.

Every time I go downstairs to workout in my home gym, I pain-free and forever grateful!  As you know, working out with intensity at 70 years old is not an option but a necessity. I am so happy to have found Dr. Vorlicky! I had a knee replacement with another provider outside of TCO. It never seemed to be getting better and the original surgeon said nothing was wrong. I asked my cousin who she had gone to for her knee replacement and she referred me to Dr. Vorlicky. When I went to see him, he said he knew exactly what was wrong. He operated on my knee and it made such a huge difference! 

Four months later, I am having him do my right knee. I am still healing but continue to feel better every day. Dr. Vorlicky is amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone! In fact, he has also replaced my husband’s hip. He has no pain in his hip at all anymore. All of the staff at TCO and their surgery centers are the kindest and most helpful people. They are amazing at making you feel better!

I had my hip replaced in September 2025. Over the next few months, I worked with Brooke Leone weekly. Besides being an absolute gem of a person, she was encouraging, smart, enthusiastic, funny, and determined to help me. I made great strides in my recovery due to Brooke. Every week, she had a new guide with workouts for me. I may have not needed the last couple of sessions, but it was tough for me to stop. With the upmost sincerity, I couldn’t recommend a better physical therapist than Brooke.

I first saw Dr. Bircher 3 1/2 years ago when I started experiencing pain in my right knee. He guided me through options. He said to come see him once I am unable to do the activities I want to do without pain. There was no pressure in deciding right away! When the time came, he X-rayed and confirmed I was ready to have my knee replaced. Dr. Bircher and his team were very helpful and responsive throughout the process. The surgery went great! I have already been golfing and hitting the gym consistently only 90 days after the surgery. If I have any further knee or hip needs, I know who I will be calling. Thank you to Dr. Bircher and his team, including my physical therapists. They did a great job!

Dr. Lewis is an excellent surgeon. He is very personable and truly cares about his patients. I had both knees done in a six-month timeframe with no issues. My recovery going well. I would recommend him to anybody who needs knee or hip surgery.

I had my left hip replaced on February 3rd, 2025, by Dr. Sam Carlson. I had excellent results and care. I couldn’t be happier. I had no restrictions and that made life very simple, and I feel like it also made my healing goal quicker. I followed the rules before, during, and after surgery which I think helped as well. I was on a plane less than three weeks later and finished my recovery there by walking and climbing steps. I am now having my right hip done a year later by Dr. Sam Carlson because I have complete faith in him and his staff. Melissa is an awesome coordinator and the whole process has been user-friendly. Any questions you have, they will answer.

My experience with Dr. Carlson was great. He spent time listening to my concerns, and he answered all my questions. The surgery went very well, and I didn’t have any complications with my recovery. I would go back to him again if I need my other hip done. I highly recommend him!
